2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

Windrow Vineyard's Hill Block Cabernet is well known for its tight clusters and thick-skinned fruit and that translates beautifully to our latest vintage.  It's big...it's chewy...and the flavors of Damson plums, black currants, Chelan cherries, tobacco leaf, and a bit of 80% dark chocolate will delight the palate while the full body and long finish give you time to really lose yourself in the moment.  Drink 2023-2030.
