Shipping Policies
We ship wine only to legal destinations via UPS. Should you need to use a different carrier such as Fedex, please contact us HERE or call us at 509-876-4343. Per Federal law, all shipments containing wine require an adult signature (21 years or older) for delivery. If you can't be home to sign, we recommend shipping to your work address or local UPS pick up location.
While we are able to ship to most states, there are some exceptions. Please see below for states we are NOT allowed to ship to.
- Connecticut
- Delaware
- Illinois
- Kentucky
- Maryland
- Mississippi
- New Hampshire
- New Jersey
- Rhode Island
- South Dakota
- Utah
- West Virginia
Shipping Schedule:
Because we use a fulfillment center to ship most of our orders (WA and TX are exceptions to this), packages can sometimes take up to two weeks to ship. If you would like an order to arrive on a specific date, please leave a note in the special instruction box when purchasing, call us at 509-876-4343, or email us HERE
Shipping in Extreme Temperatures:
During summer and winter when the temperatures are very hot or cold, we recommend not shipping via ground service. You may choose to expedite the shipping, for an additional fee, or we may choose to hold the shipment until temperatures are within acceptable ranges. You will be notified via email should such a hold be necessary. If you have specific questions about this policy or your order, please contact us HERE.
Gift Orders:
When ordering wine to be shipped as a gift, the recipient, as well as the person who places the order, must be 21 years or older. We require a phone number and email address of the recipient and we will contact them directly to ensure that they will be there for delivery (information regarding the nature of the gift won’t be disclosed). We highly recommend shipping to the recipient’s work address so deliveries won’t be missed!
Delivery Times:
Delivery dates for all shipments are estimates only. We are given an anticipated time in transit from the shipper but delays may occur due to weather or other transit issues. We can not guarantee any delivery day. However, the shipper does make 3 delivery attempts before the shipment will be returned. If you plan on picking the package up, please call the shipper directly. They will automatically send the package back to us if they do not hear from the recipient in a timely manner.
Returned Shipments:
- If the order is returned because the recipient is unavailable to sign, the additional cost to re-ship them will be billed to the purchaser of the wine. This includes any gift orders where the gift recipient did not accept the package for delivery.
- For shipments where we received the wrong address from the purchaser, re-shipments will be billed to the purchaser. If the mistake occurred as the result of an error on our part, we will re-ship the order at our cost.
- If the recipient makes any changes or updates to the order directly with the carrier once the package is in transit, it removes the winery from responsibility for delayed shipments and additional travel days that may incur. Any re-shipments will be billed to the purchaser.
Should your order be returned to the winery or the fulfillment center, we are happy to re-ship the wine to the intended recipient provided you or the recipient is willing to incur the additional shipping costs (unless the error occurred at the winery). For any questions regarding this policy please email us HERE or call us at 509-876-4343
