2019 Chardonnay

This Chardonnay from Cockburn Ranch in Walla Walla Valley is smooth and velvety with rich notes of stone fruits and vanilla. Yes...it's 70% new French oak but the cooperage we used is so unique in the way it imparts oak flavors that everyone loves it!  It has aged beautifully...maintaining its original palate while these last five years have added depth and character.
